Andrew Gilbert

Andrew joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2012 and serves as Senior Vice President in the Dallas Industrial division. He is responsible for leasing approximately 9.7 million square feet of industrial assets, and also focuses on acquisitions and developments in the NW Dallas, DFW Airport and Denton submarkets for existing and prospective customers. Andrew began his real estate career in Summer 2011 as an intern at HLC working for the Dallas Industrial division. After graduating from Baylor University in 2012, he joined HLC full-time as an analyst for the Industrial division. Andrew helped organize marketing efforts, assisted in all leasing assignments in the Dallas Industrial markets, and contributed to all business development efforts. In 2014, Andrew transitioned into leasing and has accounted for completing over 900 deals totaling nearly $500 million in lease consideration.
