Andrew Fletcher joined Stream in April 2023 as a Senior Associate. He is responsible for helping grow the firm’s market share in the Nashville area, with a focus on investment sales, leasing, and tenant and landlord representation. Prior to joining Stream, Andrew was responsible for the acquisition efforts of CA South, one of Nashville’s premier real estate development and investment firms. After graduating college, he worked for Ares Management and Lone Star Funds in New York City, where his duties included portfolio management, asset management, and acquisitons across all asset classes. Andrew is a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee and a member of NAIOP. In his free time, Andrew enjoys golfing, cooking, and watching Ole Miss sports, specifically the football team where he served as a placekicker during his college tenure.
