
Andrew Fallon joined the SRS Capital Markets in 2020. An Executive Vice President and Managing Principal in Washington, D.C., his expertise encompasses many areas including net lease brokerage, commercial land brokerage, real estate underwriting, and litigation project management. Prior to joining SRS, Andrew was executive managing director with Calkain Companies where he also served as a member of the Executive Committee. An annual top producer, he has closed more than 500 net lease transactions with a combined value over $1.5 billion since 2010. His brokerage is focused on single-tenant and portfolio retail sales, merchant-build developer representation, institutional client acquisition and disposition services, and buyer representation of high net worth and 1031 exchange investors. In addition to traditional triple net investment sales, Andrew regularly consults on and sells stabilized high-street, urban in-fill retail projects throughout Washington, D.C. Andrew is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and the District of Columbia real estate community. He is recognized as an expert in his field having been featured in multiple industry publications such as National Real Estate Investor, Commercial Property Executive, GlobeSt.com, Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal, and Virginia Business Magazine. Andrew was selected for Real Estate Forum’s Top 40 Under 40 and was honored with Washingtonian Magazine’s Commercial Real Estate “Career Achievement Award.” He holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and is a graduate of American University, where he studied Law and Society.
