Andrew Duffy

Andrew Duffy joined Newmark in 2018 as an Associate and currently serves as an Associate Director in the firm’s Downtown New York office. Duffy works with Executive Managing Director Andrew Peretz and Vice Chairman Hal Stein, focusing primarily on tenant representation. He also serves as the leasing agent for 101 Greenwich, an office space in Downtown Manhattan that has recently been re-positioned to appeal to the city’s burgeoning creative workforce.
