Andrew Dettro

Over the past 15 years, Andy has worked in the Real Estate Departments for two Fortune 150 companies: Publix Supermarkets and Kohl’s Department Stores. Prior to RealtyLink, Andy was the Vice President of Real Estate for Kohl’s and managed the implementation and strategy for Kohl’s Real Estate Portfolio throughout the United States. This included new store growth, asset management, along with the creation of the Surplus Property team. Since opening his office with RealtyLink, Andy’s team has successfully expanded the RealtyLink brand throughout the Midwest and has built a pipeline with projects in WI, IL, IN, GA, MO, and OH. Andy’s team is focused on the relationship first, knowing that taking care of the retailer’s needs is what defines a successful retailer. There is no better indicator of success than a tenant bringing the team into new projects based on the success of previous projects. Andy attended The University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL and received an undergraduate degree in Finance along with a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Change Management. He currently resides in Cedarburg, WI with his wife and four children. He serves as Principal for RealtyLink’s Milwaukee office.
