Andrew Demaree

Andrew Demaree, Vice President, joined Veritas Realty in 2016 with a focus in third-party project and development leasing, tenant representation and property acquisition. Andrew’s ability to combine data analysis with his local market knowledge allows him to provide his clients with a comprehensive view of the market and identify opportunities that others might overlook. With a wealth of data and local market knowledge and relationships, he understands the importance of staying ahead of industry trends and uses this knowledge to provide his clients with strategic guidance to help them make informed decisions about their real estate investments. While Andrew has an extensive background in working with landlords and developers on the leasing of shopping centers, his passion is restaurant representation, as he works tirelessly to assist national, regional, and local restaurant groups expand their geographic footprint by providing his clients with strategic market planning, site selection and transaction negotiation. Andrew represents national and regional restaurant concepts including, but not limited to, Chicken Salad Chick, Zaxby’s, Cousin’s Subs, City Barbeque, Jet’s Pizza, Blackstar Hospitality, Strang Collectives, Pies & Pints, Barefoot Restaurant Concepts and more. Other retailers and medical retailers include (but not limited to) MassageLuXe, V/O Med Spa, Upperline Health, Activate Games, Discount Tire, and more. Prior to joining Veritas, he served as a retail broker for Colliers International and held the position of research analyst for Cushman & Wakefield. He has handled assignments in all core trade areas of Indiana and throughout the Midwest. Furthermore, he has been privileged to work with landlords and developers such as Realty Income Corp, VEREIT, CIM, Necessity Retail REIT, Alrig USA, CA Ventures, TWG Development, Hageman Group, Flaherty & Collins, Keystone Construction, Landmark Properties, Samaritan Senior Living, Allen Commercial Group, Red Development and more. Andrew graduated from Indiana University and is a proud member of Sigma Chi – Lambda Chapter. Outside the office, Andrew maintains an active role in the real estate community as exemplified by his involvement in International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Real Estate Ascending Leaders (REAL), and Next Generation. His hobbies include hiking and fishing, as well as playing in a men’s hockey league.
