Andrew Cordaro

Andrew Cordaro graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and immediately joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Dowling Beauvais & Associates in Shreveport, LA in 2009. After being licensed as a salesperson for four years, Andrew earned his broker license through the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Gosslee (Apex) as an associate broker in 2013. Andrew specializes in the brokerage of retail, office, industrial, land and investment properties; with extensive experience in site selection for national retailers. Since 2009, Andrew has successfully closed hundreds of commercial real estate transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in sales volume. Andrew has developed and constructed numerous income producing commercial properties for his personal real estate portfolio, which he leases and manages himself. Andrew previously served as a board member for Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB), a board member for Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors (NWLAR), and past president of Commercial Investment Division (CID). Andrew resides in south Shreveport with wife, Adrienne; and their four children: Charlotte, Lincoln, Shepherd and Thompson.
