Andrew Cooke

Andrew is a chartered surveyor working in the national offices team in Manchester since June 2014, after graduating with a degree in Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University. Andrew specialises in the disposal and acquisition of office accommodation for landlords and tenants. This includes marketing and letting advice of vacant office space for landlords and acquiring office space and giving occupational advice for tenants. Andrew works predominantly in the north west covering areas including Manchester city centre, Salford Quays, south Manchester and Warrington.
