Andrew Cole

Mr. Cole joined DANAC Realty Advisors in August of 2022 continuing a highly successful and award-winning 36-year career in commercial real estate. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at CBRE for 24-years specializing in the leasing, sales, disposition and redevelopment of real property in Suburban Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Cole has completed over 6.6 million square feet of real estate leasing and sales transaction and has advised real estate investment/development companies and corporate clients in negotiating complex and multifaceted transactions that address diverse, specialized needs. Before graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University, Mr. Cole attended the University of Nebraska, Lincoln where he was a member of the varsity football team. He is a licensed Associate Broker in the State of Maryland and a licensed salesperson in the District of Columbia.
