Andrew Chaplin's professional journey began in 2015 at Palmetto Commercial Real Estate, where he has since honed his expertise in site selection, tenant/landlord representation, market analysis, and lease negotiation for a diverse clientele ranging from local businesses to national brands. A graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 2012, laying a solid foundation for his career in the real estate industry. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Andrew was appointed Partner at Palmetto Commercial Real Estate in 2024, a testament to his dedication and leadership within the company. He remains committed to driving growth and delivering exceptional service to clients, maintaining a pivotal role in the firm's success. Outside the office, Andrew finds fulfillment in the great outdoors, going on adventures with his wife, Elise, and indulging his passions for hunting, fishing, backpacking, and time with friends and family.
