Andrew Chaffee is an Associate based in CBRE’s Ontario office where he focuses on representing occupiers of industrial real estate in leasing and acquisitions throughout the Inland Empire. Andrew utilizes a data-driven approach to advise his clients in the logistics, materials manufacturing, distribution, and large-scale contracting sectors. He leverages CBRE’s proprietary intelligence software and global platform to deliver his clients relevant market data and decision-making intel. Prior to CBRE, Andrew completed internships with JLL and Bainbridge Capital while he completed his Economics degree from University of California, San Diego.
