Andrew is a seasoned real estate leasing professional in Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY. His focus is on office and industrial properties. He has extensive knowledge of development parcels for large industrial users. Andrew has worked in Commercial Real Estate since 1998. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Carney managed the leasing division of a regional developer. Representing owner-occupier groups, he sought land and buildings for redevelopment. His responsibilities included identifying sites, building design, zoning requirements, managing project estimates and acquisitions. Prior to that he worked for Grubb & Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Carney holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
