Andrew started his career working for his father’s construction company at a young age. In 2007, he ventured out on his own and formed AR Bystrom Contracting. AR Bystrom manages a mix of residential and commercial projects; some of which he completed as joint ventures with RFC. Today, Andrew serves as Executive Vice President of RFC Industries and is responsible for customer relations, building the client base, managing RFC’s team, and project oversight.
