Andrew Boster, CCIM

Andrew Boster, CCIM, leads the strategic direction and operational management of the Industrial Sales and Leasing division at Younger Partners. In this role, he focuses on developing and implementing mentoring and training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales and leasing team. His initiatives include designing onboarding processes, conducting regular training sessions, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering a client-centric, team-oriented, high-performance culture. Beyond team development, Andrew oversees client relationship management, negotiates lease agreements, and drives revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities. He ensures compliance with industry regulations, stays informed of market trends, and leads the team to achieve business objectives through effective leadership and talent development. In addition to his role at Younger Partners, Andrew serves as the 2025 Secretary on the Board of NTCAR, reinforcing his commitment to advancing the real estate industry in North Texas. Previously, as Senior Vice President, he built strategic partnerships between landowners and developers and specialized in sourcing off-market opportunities in high-growth submarkets across the region. Andrew is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas and Florida, which allows him to hire and train sales agents in both states. He was invited to and has completed the CRE Analyst Program and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), demonstrating his dedication to professional excellence. He is also a TREC-certified Easement and Right-of-Way (ERW) Agent.
