Andrew Benton represents landowners, developers, landlords, tenants, and investors for industrial, commercial, residential and mixed-use properties. Born and raised in Savannah, Benton began his career as an appraiser with Benton Appraisal Services and Stephen Ham Appraisal Company, where he gained experience in the valuation of various types of commercial and residential real estate in the Savannah marketplace and developed relationships with investors, brokers, and market experts in the coastal empire. Benton, a graduate of Benedictine Military School and Georgia Southern University, is also a certified appraiser and a member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Savannah/Hilton Head, Inc., the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Ascension, and the German Heritage Society. He lives on Skidaway Island with his wife, Summer, and his children, Banks, Smith, and Lottie.
