Andrew Agee is the Senior Managing Director for SVN | AVAT Realty LLC., bringing more than 12 years of multifamily real estate experience to the SVN team. Andrew is passionate about providing outstanding value to his clients and community. He is an expert at analyzing operating data, forming advanced underwriting, and determining true value of property assets while recognizing the unique upsides and challenges of each property in order to provide excellent service to his clients.Over the past 15 years, Andrew has been a top producer in the Southeast, completing transactions in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Arkansas, and Tennessee, with values of more than $500 million. In 2021, Andrew and the SVN Multifamily team completed more than $225 million in transactions, selling more than 12,000 units. Andrew has been included in SVN’s President’s Circle and SVN International’s Partner Circle each of the last 5 years, an achievement that less than one percent of advisors achieve.Prior to founding SVN | AVAT Realty, Andrew served as Vice President and Senior Advisor of the SVN Multi Housing Group. Andrew is a member of the National Apartment Association, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute, Huntsville Hospital Foundation Development Council, Committee of 100 in Huntsville, and serves on the board of the Margarita Society, a nonprofit organization that collects thousands of toys for various charitable organizations at Christmas.
