As a principal in both ownership and brokerage roles during his career, Andres brings a wealth of hands-on investment experience and offers a unique 360-degree perspective to capital markets transactions. Andres has held senior level positions at IAG Partners, Colliers, Savills, and CBRE, with a focus on acquisitions, joint-ventures, recapitalizations, and investment sales, across all major property types and risk-return profiles – a total investment consideration exceeding $5 billion. As a bridge between sponsors and investors, Andres consistently delivers institutional-caliber execution with a boutique level of personal attention and trust. With his multidisciplinary background, quantitative skills, and entrepreneurial energy, Andres is able to achieve superior results for the firm’s clients.
