Andres Klein

Mr. Klein is the Founder and Managing Partner of BHIG Real Estate and its affiliates. Mr. Klein has more than 20 years of Real Estate experience, with more than $1 billion in structured transaction value in the US and more than 1,000 units developed in Latin America. Before founding BHIG, Mr. Klein was a Managing Director at The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, an Investment Bank based in NYC with a transaction volume of $20 Billionin transactions. Mr. Klein holds a bachelor's in Business Administration from the School of Business of the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Master of Science (with high honors) in Real Estate Investment and Finance from New York University, where he also served as a professor of financial modeling. Mr. Klein is also a Board Member of Techo (www.techo.org), a non-profit organization that built more than 100,000 houses for people in need in Latin America and co-created and founded the program Home 4 Home, the first-ever ONE for ONE program for real estate in the world (www.h4h.techo.org)
