Andrea Sturdivant

I am Andrea Sturdivant, founder and Broker/Owner of L3 BROKERS ~ Lubbock Luxury Listings. I also serve as the 2025 President of the Lubbock Association of REALTORS. I am a native West Texan ~ I attended Texas Tech University, and I truly enjoy living in the Lubbock area and raising my family here. I have been a part of the Real Estate community for 18 years, serving in many leadership roles, and active in my State association committee work. Hard work and dedication are in my DNA. If asked, my industry peers and clients would say I am professional and trustworthy ~ I have a friendly and patient manner, and I show great attention to detail. I have been an entrepreneur and innovator my whole career, thinking outside the box and approaching situations and challenges from a fresh perspective. I’m not afraid to look at big ideas and industry concerns and new niches in the market, to help better serve my clients and colleagues and community. I am passionate about Real Estate, and I have the experience and expertise to advocate for homeowners and fellow Agents at every level. In my professional work, I strive to be a mentor and I want to promote integrity and commitment to excellence throughout our industry. I was born with a strong sense of community and a servant’s heart - I volunteer at several local charities, and I firmly believe helping Lubbock and its citizens in a positive way ensures all of us healthy and enriched business and personal lives. Our industry is changing rapidly, and our community is poised for steady growth - this has challenges but also opportunities. I am excited about the future of Lubbock, and our industry as a whole, and I am honored by the part I have the privilege to serve in shaping both!
