Andre Gerasimov

Andre leads Moss & Company’s efforts in brand awareness and messaging to expand third-party business growth opportunities. Andre has been instrumental in positioning the company to gain competitive advantage and strategic growth with both existing and new clients. Prior to joining Moss & Company in 2016, Andre worked in various facets of the multifamily industry in Southern California, including property and asset management, new construction/lease-up and corporate housing. Andre is a proud member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, earning his CPM® designation in 2016, and he holds a Diploma in musical arts studies from Moscow, Russia.
