Anand Melwani formed ARM Real Estate Group in 2011 to serve prominent real estate families, institutions and investors on commercial property acquisitions and real estate mandates. Anand’s decade of experience as an Investment Sales and Leasing broker enabled him to form and successfully run ARM Real Estate Group. Prior to establishing ARM Real Estate Group, Anand worked at two premier full service brokerage houses where he sold retail, office, multifamily and development properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Anand’s core relationship base includes many typically inaccessible or unapproachable owners of desirable real estate including owners of retail, mixed-use and multi-family properties. Anand has sold over $250,000,000 of commercial property. Anand has received a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University Schack Real Estate Institute and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Entrepreneurship from the Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington DC.
