Amy began her journey managing multifamily assets for Brookfield Properties, where she honed her skills in maximizing property performance and value. Amy later transitioned to a leadership role as Director of Asset Management for Gaspee Real Estate Partners where she leveraged her extensive experience to drive strategic initiatives and enhance asset performance amongst a growing commercial and mixed-use portfolio totaling over 1.2MM square feet. In addition to her role as Director of Asset Management, Amy also oversees the Property Management division, leading a dedicated team to ensure efficient management and operational excellence across the portfolio.
