Lynda has been in the real estate and property management industry for nearly 25 years. Her career began in San Diego working for an international residential development company in their purchasing and construction department and transitioned into single family property management in 1987. From 1991 to 1996 Lynda worked for Fjellestad, Barrett & Short in San Diego, CA managing over 300 single family rentals and also managed their transition team during company acquisitions. In 1996 she relocated to Orange County and worked for a developer of shopping centers in the California Central Valley. Lynda learned retail management, development and management and took those skills to Seattle, WA working for Kroger and to Hollywood, CA working for Trammell Crow. In 2003 Lynda moved to Fresno where she worked for Manco Abbott, Inc. for 10 years in their multi-family department managing 1500 doors in 7 multi-family communities before moving into the commercial departments managing 30+ shopping centers and office complexes throughout the north valley and Monterey area.
