I’ve been in real estate since 2004, but truthfully, I grew up in it—raised by a builder father and a design-savvy mother who made homes come to life. I weathered market shifts by getting creative—diving deep into rentals, landlord representation, and property management. In "the crash" of 2007/2008, I learned quickly that success in this business isn’t about timing the market—it’s about adapting to it. From rentals and landlord representation to founding Seaflower Property Group, LLC in 2016 and expanding into condominium management/consulting, I’ve built my career on doing the work others avoid. Today, I use that experience to guide clients, landlords, and HOA boards with practical insight—and a healthy respect for what can go wrong if you don’t.
