In "the crash" of 2007/2008, I learned quickly that success in this business isn’t about timing the market—it’s about adapting to it. From rentals and landlord representation to founding Seaflower Property Group, LLC in 2016 and expanding into condominium management/consulting, I’ve built my career on doing the work others avoid. Today, I use that experience to guide clients, landlords, and HOA boards with practical insight—and a healthy respect for what can go wrong if you don’t.
