Amy O'Brien

Amy L. O’Brien serves as a commercial real estate consultant for Garrett Realty & Development, Inc., specializing in landlord and tenant representation in office and retail transactions with an expertise in the Lincoln Park market. Ms. O’Brien joined Garrett Realty & Development, Inc. in February 2002 as an administrative marketing assistant. Soon thereafter she received her sales license and was awarded “Rookie of the Year” in recognition of her outstanding effort and performance, successfully closing over thirty transactions in her first year. In 2009, she was awarded the salesperson of the year for the company. She has been awarded the Top Producer title in 2025, 2024, 2021, 2020, 2013, 2010, and 2009, consistently proving her exceptional abilities and dedication to the field. Amy is an active member of the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce, Lincoln Park Young Professionals and Young Office Broker’s Association. O’Brien earned a bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin — La Crosse in 2001. In duration she studied International Marketing abroad at the University of North London.
