Amy Bullock

Amy joined U. L. Coleman Companies in October of 2008 as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources and was promoted to Manager in 2013. She currently helps with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties including departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development, and employment. She gained most of her experience working her way up to the Director of Human Resources position at a national company based out of Shreveport, LA. Amy holds three degrees from Louisiana Tech University (Go Bulldogs!), a Bachelor's of Science in Business, a Master's of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a Master’s of Arts in Counseling and Guidance. Amy recently completed the Leadership Program through the Shreveport Chamber and was chosen as one of the 40 under 40 recipients in 2011. Locally, she is active in Society of Human Resource Management, Young Professionals Initiative, and the Northwest Louisiana Tech Advancement Group.
