Amit is the President and Chief Executive Officer of TVM Group.
Under the direction of founder and CEO Amit Sofer, the TVM Group has grown into one of southern Ontario’s premier integrated real estate firms. Amit began his career in real estate to pursue his lifelong passion for property management and development. Amit founded The TVM Group with a mission to add value to the communities in which we serve. This mission is echoed throughout TVM’s portfolio of properties, from its affordable housing interests to its modern luxury developments. Amit has always had a penchant for increasing the value levers of both quality and efficiency, without the need for compromise. Amit founded TVM Construction Inc. to reclaim both quality and efficiency as the driving force behind TVM’s construction interests. What excites Amit most about property development and management, is having the privilege of directly serving the communities in which the organization’s portfolio properties operate. Under Amit’s direction, TVM has expanded to count the following as its primary business operation nodes: property investment, development, management, and construction.
