Based in Toronto, Amir Nourbakhsh provides advisory services to owners of high-street urban retail and mixed-use commercial properties. Amir has represented a variety of client types including, private families, developers, private equity firms, public organizations, community associations, religious organizations, and educational institutions. Amir has been immersed in real estate from an early age and began his career in 2013. He has worked across three continents (North America, Europe, Asia), which allowed him to develop an ability to adapt quickly to any situation and collaborate with a variety of organizations and clients. This has proved especially useful in an international and multi-cultural city like Toronto. Amir holds an MBA from U of T’s Rotman School of Management as well as an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. He is fluent in English, French and Persian, with some working knowledge of Spanish and German. In 2019, Amir partnered with Jesse Roth and together they have completed over 110 transactions in the GTA valued at over $237,000,000.
