Amanda Wright, an Arizona native and Scottsdale resident, has been working in commercial real estate for more than 25 years. After graduating from ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business, Amanda got an early start in the commercial real estate industry working with her husband and family acquiring land and developing properties, primarily multi-tenant industrial office/warehouses located within the Scottsdale Airpark. From land acquisition, obtaining permits, hiring general contractors to overseeing construction to its final completion, Amanda gained extensive knowledge in the development process assisting from the ground up to help ensure a smooth process. Amanda then specialized in managing the properties once occupied, where her responsibilities ranged from accounting for several entities, property maintenance and management to annual preparation and reconciliation of CAM budgets. Amanda’s extensive background in both accounting and property management led to a seamless transition as a real estate agent for Shell Commercial, collaborating effectively with tenants, owners, and buyers. Having worked for so many years as the “middle woman” between owners and tenants, Amanda’s unique perspective has enabled her to instinctively see all sides of a real estate transaction to help establish a common ground between all parties for successful and satisfying real estate transactions.
