Amanda D. Stein is the Office Manager and a Commercial Specialist with Douglas Elliman's Commercial Division. In this role, Amanda is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of the office and for directly assisting Michael G. Murphy, the President of the Division. Amanda's success is attributed to her vast knowledge of the real estate industry. As a former Property Manager for multi-family apartment buildings across Long Island and New York City, she gained valuable insight to the Commercial Real Estate industry. With over 20 years of management experience, Amanda boasts a skill set that is unsurpassed. With strong analytical acumen, she is a strategic thinker with a strong degree of initiative and a focus on organizational skills. Possessing the ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities, Amanda supports not only the entire team of Brokers and Agents at DE Commercial, but also each client. She plays an integral role in the Commercial Department, implementing office policy, overseeing the divisions referral and coordinator programs, and is responsible for implementing innovative marketing materials and business development plans. ? Highly passionate about animal rescue, Amanda has volunteered for several Long Island rescue groups and is active donor to many non-profit organizations that support animal and human rights.
