Amanda Barker

Amanda Barker began her career in commercial real estate in 2009 when she joined CBRE’s Toronto West office. During her career at CBRE, she worked in various submarkets across the GTA, and represented tenants and landlords in office, retail, and industrial transactions. Amanda joined GWL Realty Advisors in 2024, where she is the Senior Manager, Leasing. She oversees the leasing for the Suburban Office Portfolio comprising approximately 1.6 Million SF, and she also manages 500,000 SF of office and retail in downtown Toronto.
