Alvin Rice

Alvin “Al” Rice mission is “to educate and empower the community to realize through home ownership, one builds wealth and claim ownership of the ultimate American dream." As a longtime resident of Washington DC, Mr. Rice has come to know and admire this beautiful city. Prior to a profession in real estate, he served as President and CEO of a major MBE debt-management agency in the Mid-Atlantic area. Working with 50+ employees and numerous national clients, Mr. Rice developed a unique skill set in identifying problems and quickly coming up with measurable solutions. Today, those same skills have continued through his real estate career in negotiating and writing winning contracts for his clients. Mr. Rice earned his degree in Business Management. He loves reading, cycling, running, and working in the community. Mr. Rice also serves as a member of the Greater Capitol Area Association of REALTORS (GCAAR), Maryland Association of REALTORS (MAR), and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB).
