Allan Riorda, SIOR is the President and a Principal of the Lee & Associates Chesapeake Region office in Columbia, Maryland. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Allan headed the Industrial/Office Department of NAI KLNB’s Columbia office, focusing on the Baltimore-Washington Corridor and was also previously associated with Latter & Blum, a real estate firm in New Orleans, where he was involved in the sale and leasing of distribution and warehouse facilities. He received his B.S. in Business Management from Louisiana State University.
