He is a South Florida native with over 10 years in the commercial real estate industry. He brings a wealth of lease negotiation experience to Katz and Associates. Allan has worked with countless publicly traded companies as well as private ownership groups, and he has completed transactions with a multitude of national, regional, and local tenants. He has worked with some of the largest institutional landlords in the country. Allan enjoys working with people toward a common goal and seeing shopping centers transform with successful tenants. He shares that it’s exciting to bring a vision to life that will benefit a community. He resides in North Palm Beach. In his free time, Allan enjoys boating with friends and family.
