Alicia Brown

Ms. Brown has been with Thalhimer since 2011 and is a member of Thalhimer’s Retail Services Group in Richmond. Specializing in both landlord and tenant representation, she is particularly focused on landlord representation for various property types, including neighborhood retail centers, strip malls, free-standing buildings, land sales, and restaurants. In her role, Alicia also supports both national and local retail tenants with their site selection process and lease negotiations.
