Alice Fair

Alice Fair is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services Group in New York City. A true collaborator, Alice partners with colleagues around the world to offer tenant and landlord representation and advisory services to clients in virtually every sector: technology, healthcare, retail, fashion, media, entertainment, financial services, data center, coworking, and not-for-profit. Since joining CBRE in 2015, Alice has taken part in more than 6 million square feet of real estate transactions and actively participates in CBRE’s strategic client development, relationship management and corporate responsibility initiatives. Alice also serves on the firm’s Women’s Network Leadership team and has received multiple awards throughout her career—including the prestigious Real Estate Board of New York’s ‘Most Ingenious Deal of the Year’ Award in 2020. Alice earned a B.S. degree in Business and Management from the Queen Mary University of London and resides in Manhattan with her husband and four children.
