Alfredo Riascos

With more than 16 years of brokerage experience, Alfredo Riascos is the Founder and Broker of Gridline Properties. Over the past ten years, Alfredo has worked on behalf of private and institutional clients that have aided in positioning him as one of the area’s top Real Estate Brokers. During his career he has brokered over $500 Million in real estate transactions and has participated in some of the most notable projects in the urban core. Prior to opening Gridline Properties, Alfredo worked at Metro 1 Commercial where he developed a ten-year career in the brokerage industry. Mr. Riascos is an active member of the Miami Realtors Association and he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Florida International University. Most recently, he ran the the Miami Marathon and is training for the New York City marathon.
