Alexis Garrett

As Senior Vice President at JLL, Alexis provides real estate advisory and brokerage services to clients in the Sacramento region. Her clients include private and institutional owners of real estate and a wide range of tenants including law firms, financial services, governmental affairs, education, public institutions, non-profit and healthcare sectors. She provides superior negotiation and market intelligence while leveraging JLL’s robust technology and services platform including workplace strategies, helping her clients make smart real estate decisions. Alexis leads the leasing strategies for nearly 2 million square feet of office properties in Downtown Sacramento and has leased and sold over 4 million square feet during her 19-year career. She is a consistent top achiever and has been awarded Sacramento Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and recognized as a Woman of Influence by Commercial Real Estate Women Sacramento. She is an active member of the Sacramento chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and past president of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE). She served as the chair of the Broker of the Year Awards Charity Gala for several years, raising over $2 million for local charities. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo.
