Alexandre Marietto

Alex Marietto is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Institutional Coverage Group (“ICG”) with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Alex is responsible for the creation and execution of sale-leaseback programs, large scale dispositions and credit underwriting for private equity firms, franchisors, franchisees, and portfolio companies. Since joining the NNN Pro Group in 2015, Alex has managed approximately 800 transactions totaling over $2.5 billion in transaction volume. Most notably, Alex assisted with a large-scale disposition program for one of the largest private equity companies of over 140 properties with a value of approximately $300 million in just over a year. Alex lives in Hoboken, New Jersey with his wife and son.
