Prior to founding LPA in 2020, Alexandre spent 5 years as an associate at ARM Real Estate Group, a boutique Commercial Brokerage focusing on off-market investment sales in NYC. During that time, he sourced and closed approximately $100,000,000 in transactions, totaling over 1,000,000 Sq. Ft. in development rights. Alexandre was born in Quebec and moved to NYC at a young age. He graduated from Bishop’s University with a Bachelor’s in Business. He is an avid runner and tennis player. He works closely with the Michael J Fox Foundation to raise funds for Parkinson’s Research. He lives with his family in Nassau County.
