Alexandre has held senior leadership roles across Europe and Asia with multinational companies including Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Covivio Hotels, Boutique Corporation, and TCC-Asset World (ThaiBev Group). He has managed extensive hotel portfolios, including a $2 billion portfolio comprising 150 Accor hotels. His expertise covers negotiation of management and lease agreements, branding and rebranding strategies, as well as overseeing development and renovation projects. Alexandre also has significant experience in investment transactions, including deal sourcing, structuring, due diligence, and execution.
