Alexandra Blair

Alexandra recently completed her Master of Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship with the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, following the completion of her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics at Queen’s. Throughout her time in formal education, she remained focused on the improvement of her hometown, Hamilton, and the advancement of the commercial real estate industry, completing a thesis and multiple research projects on the subjects. Alexandra’s educational background provides the opportunity for her and the Blair Blanchard Stapleton team to bring forth creative and dynamic solutions, keeping the team at the forefront of their markets. She has also been –and continues to be- actively involved in Hamilton and her alumni community. Alexandra works with youth aquatics, the development of a local art facility, and the MMIE alumni mentorship program for fellow entrepreneurs. The cumulation of these community experiences and her education have allowed Alexandra to understand others’ needs and highlight her ability to be detail-oriented, adaptable, and innovation focused. After being surrounded by the commercial real estate industry her whole life, Alexandra is excited to be a part of shaping the future business landscape within the Greater Golden Horseshoe with the Blair Blanchard Stapleton Limited team
