Alexander Tkac

Alexander is a Senior Associate at JEM Holdings and has been directly involved in over $285m of real estate transactions. He is responsible for financial modeling, investor relations, assisting in all aspects of asset management for JEM's office and multifamily portfolio, and collaborates with the company's in-house property management division, Fortis Property Management, on budgeting, operations, and more. Prior to joining JEM, Alexander worked as a commercial real estate market analyst, providing both macro- and micro-level analysis and insight into the economies and CRE markets across the Southeast. Alexander graduated from Georgia State University with a Master's degree in Commercial Real Estate. Additionally, he attended Syracuse University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Real Estate Finance with a minor in Economics.
