Alexander Reizner

Alex began his real estate career as a principal of Rolls Capital, where he specialized in providing private real estate loans for small, hard to finance projects. Alex was responsible for underwriting loans for “special use” commercial properties, office buildings and apartment buildings. He grew the company to a portfolio of over $30 million in loans. In the real estate depression of the early 90’s, Alex began investing in properties with several partners. His experience evaluating properties from a lender’s perspective proved extremely valuable when purchasing properties. As an investor, Alex was instrumental in identifying and purchasing over 25 properties in New Jersey and New York City. Alex has always been a "Hands-On" investor. He is involved in every aspect of managing his portfolio of properties.
