Alex Kidani is an Associate Director Investments with Marcus & Millichap’s Multi Housing and Industrial, Land & Investment Services Group in Honolulu, Hawaii. He advises landlords, business owners, investors, and developers across the state—bringing a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset to every engagement. With a background that includes service in the Boy Scouts, legislative internships, and participation in Marcus & Millichap’s prestigious Fellowship Program, Alex combines discipline, leadership, and a deep understanding of Hawaii’s unique market dynamics. A Punahou School and Chapman University alumnus, Alex earned his degree in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate & Finance.
