Alexander Jinishian

Mr. Jinishian joined the firm in 1986 when it operated as Williams Real Estate. With more than 30 years of experience, he specializes in servicing the real estate needs of institutional and corporate clients. During his career, Mr. Jinishian has provided clients with real estate advisory services for the management and leasing of more than ten million square feet of commercial real estate. Representing a roster of blue-chip clients, Mr. Jinishian has handled the acquisition and disposition of office, warehouse, manufacturing and retail space on a global basis. He has assisted such firms as CIGNA, Citicorp, JPMorgan Chase, Lehman Brothers, Mattel, PaineWebber and Steelcase, and Willis Group. Two of Mr. Jinishian’s notable transactions are: Phillip Morris Capital - restructured the 1.6 million-square foot net lease of 1 Mellon Center and sold Mellon Center to Metropolitan Life Insurance Company; represented CIGNA in restructuring of its 470,000-square-foot corporate headquarters at 2 Liberty Plaza in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Jinishian has been the exclusive leasing agent for approximately six million square feet of office space located throughout New York City including 150 East 58th Street, 501 Madison Avenue, 230 West 41st Street, 300 Park Avenue, 63 Wall Street and 16 West 61st Street. Additionally, he was the sales agent for 156 William Street, Four Columbus Circle, 3 Dag Hammarskjöld Plaza and 30 and 33 West 57th Street as well as various properties throughout the United States.
