Retail Leasing Broker
Alexander Green is an Associate in the Retail Leasing Division of Colliers International. Alexander joined the team in 2017 as a Research Analyst where he focused on canvassing, data entry, analysis and special projects. Recently, Alexander transitioned to brokerage, focusing on owner and tenant representation in the Tri-State Region. His team also concentrates in strategic planning, market analysis, tenant prospecting, site selection, lease structuring and negotiation, and space and property management. Alexander’s passion for real estate comes from two previous generations of family in the industry. His tenant and landlord representation work includes representing Dunkin,’ Dog?us, Roots Natural Kitchen and 2300 Broadway. Alexander’s community work focuses on Music Education. He was a Teaching Artist for the Metropolitan Opera Guild and at the Mary McDowell Friends School, teaching music to children with severe learning challenges. He has worked with Rosie’s Theater Kids on musical projects as well.
