Alexander Eastwood

Alex Eastwood joined the CBRE team in 2025 after spending three years at Lincoln Property Company before two years as an Associate at Avison Young, where he worked in close partnership with the principals, specializing in both tenant and landlord representation within the office and industrial sectors. Alex brings a unique perspective and leasing acumen to every deal. He is adept at lease negotiation and transaction management and has an intuitive understanding of both leasing and sales transactions. Alex has a Bachelor’s degree in real estate and brings a solid background in financial fundamentals and analytics to his clients. A driven member of the Lincoln Property Company team, Alex has a proven ability to move seamlessly from one sector to another as an advisor. Alex is an avid supporter of his alma mater, the University of Central Florida, where he received his degree in real estate and served as the treasurer for the Real Estate Club. An active and engaged member of the Orlando business community, Alex previously served on the Emerging Leaders Council, where he had Florida oversight.
