Since starting in the industry Alex has closed well over a hundred transactions and has quickly made a name for himself in the office leasing world. In addition to being a member of the leasing team that covers the Handler Organization’s portfolio, Alex is an important part of Handler Real Estate Services’ growing third-party tenant representation division. As a tenant rep broker, Alex has a focus on the Manhattan and New York City Submarkets and represents a wide range of tenants from creative tech startups to established nonprofits. Recent deals include, amongst others, Octane Lending’s 15,000 SF relocation and expansion in Midtown South and Ocrolus’ 18,500 SF relocation and expansion at 101 Greenwich St. Additional, notable clients include: Suitsupply, Hauser and Wirth, 305 Fitness and Payless ShoeSource. Alex is an alumnus of the architecture school at Arizona State University. He brings a background in architecture and construction management which make him uniquely well rounded for all facets of the job. In 2020 Alex was recognized in Commercial Observer’s 30 Under 30.
