Alex Wheatley

After beginning his commercial real estate career in 2012 at Kidder Mathews, Alex joined NAI Puget Sound in 2025. Over his thirteen-year career, Alex has focused on office leasing and sales on the Eastside working with both buyers and sellers as well as tenants looking to find their ideal commercial space solution. He has worked with 250 clients in nearly every industry. Having grown up in Bellevue and spent his whole life in the region, Alex’s deep understanding of Bellevue and the greater Eastside allows him to represent his clients’ interests first and present them with a full picture of the market. As the Eastside market continues to grow, focusing on the client’s needs while presenting unique solutions to sometime difficult problems, is what he enjoys the most. Allowing his clients businesses to thrive because of their real estate decisions, not in spite of it. Professional accomplishments include Rookie of the Year as well as a long list of market leading transactions that have resulted in the best possible terms for his clients when compared to the rest of the market. Alex resides in Northeast Seattle with his wife and three sons. In his free time, Alex’s loves spending time with his kids, golfing, skiing and anything outdoors.
